1. General information
This website (hereinafter the “Site”) is operated by B-Cell SRL, with its registered office at Str. Spiridon Matei nr. 2, Sector 3, Bucharest, company registration code (CUI) RO47645070, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/2953/2023 (hereinafter “B-Cell”, “we”). By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these Terms and conditions.
2. Our business
B-Cell provides design, sale, installation and commissioning services for solar PV systems, as well as assistance with obtaining prosumer paperwork and accessing funding programmes (Casa Verde — the Romanian state-funded PV programme run by AFM, Romania's Environmental Fund Administration).
3. Use of the Site
The content of the Site (text, images, logo, graphic elements) is the property of B-Cell or is used with the consent of the rights holders, and is protected by copyright law. Reproducing, distributing or modifying the content without B-Cell's written consent is prohibited.
4. Forms and quote requests
By completing the forms available on the Site (quote request, contact, funding eligibility check, installer transfer), you agree to be contacted by the B-Cell team regarding the request you have submitted. The data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
5. Quotes and prices
Quotes sent following the completion of the forms on the Site are estimates and do not constitute a contractual obligation until a separate contract is signed between the customer and B-Cell.
6. Online shop (coming soon)
B-Cell will launch an online shop for the sale of PV equipment, with secure online payment. The specific terms on orders, delivery, withdrawal and warranties applicable to the online shop will be published separately, in accordance with consumer protection legislation (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 (OUG 34/2014) and Law no. 296/2004 (Legea 296/2004), as applicable), before the online ordering functionality is launched.
7. Limitation of liability
B-Cell makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee the absence of errors. Information about funding programmes (Casa Verde) is for guidance only — the exact eligibility conditions are set by the institutions that administer these programmes.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, social networks, the press). B-Cell is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these third-party sites.
9. Changes to the terms
B-Cell reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page.
