This page explains which cookies and similar technologies the B-Cell SRL website uses, why we use them and how you can change your choice.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Some are necessary for the site to work and cannot be switched off from the site. Others are used only if you give your consent.
2. What we use
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
bcell_admin_sid | B-Cell | The browsing session: keeps the cart, the messages shown after a form is submitted, the protection of forms against forged requests and sign-in to your account. | Until you close the browser | Strictly necessary |
__Host-bcell_consent | B-Cell | Remembers your choice about cookies (accept or reject), so that we do not ask you on every page. | 12 months | Strictly necessary |
bcell-theme(local storage in the browser, not a cookie) | B-Cell | Remembers the dark theme, if you choose it using the theme button. Nothing is saved unless you press the button. | Until you delete it from the browser | Preference |
| The map on the Contact page (does not set cookies) | MapTiler AG (Switzerland) | Displaying the map on the Contact page. The map is loaded only if you accept or if you press “Show map” (for that visit only). When it loads, MapTiler's servers receive your IP address and the map area displayed; the site does not save any MapTiler cookies in your browser. | — | Third party |
Details of how MapTiler processes data: maptiler.com/privacy-policy. Map data: © MapTiler, © OpenStreetMap contributors.
3. What we do not use
We do not use traffic analytics or advertising cookies. The site's fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server, so simply visiting the site does not send data to other companies.
Online payment, once the shop is active, is made on the secure page of the payment processor Stripe, which has its own cookie policy.
4. How to change your choice
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
If you withdraw your consent, the map is no longer loaded (and disappears immediately from the open page). The “Open in Google Maps” and “Navigate with Waze” links on the Contact page only open those apps, at your request.
5. Contact
If you have questions about this policy, you can write to us at contact@bcell.ro. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
