1. Data controller
B-Cell SRL, company registration code (CUI) RO47645070, with its registered office at Str. Spiridon Matei nr. 2, Sector 3, Bucharest, is the controller of the personal data collected through this Site.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you provide to us directly through the forms on the Site: name, phone number, email, county/town or city, message and, where applicable, information about the solar PV system you want.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is processed in order to: respond to requests for quotes and advice, contact you about the Casa Verde funding programme (the Romanian state-funded PV programme run by AFM, Romania's Environmental Fund Administration), send you the newsletter (only if you explicitly subscribe) and, in the future, process orders from the online shop.
4. Legal basis
We process the data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you complete a form or subscribe to the newsletter, and on the basis of the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) for orders from the online shop.
5. Retention period
We keep the data from forms for as long as is necessary to deal with the request and, thereafter, in accordance with statutory archiving requirements (e.g. tax documents, for which the legislation requires periods of 5-10 years).
6. Recipients of the data
Your data may be passed to: B-Cell staff involved in processing the request, technical service providers (hosting) and, for the online shop, the payment processor Stripe and the invoicing platform SmartBill.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in the email, or you can contact us directly.
8. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
9. Cookies
The Site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (e.g. session) and, only with your consent, the map on the Contact page, provided by MapTiler AG (Switzerland), which receives your IP address when the map is displayed. 10. International transfers
Some of our providers (e.g. Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area, with appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
The map on the Contact page is provided by MapTiler AG, based in Switzerland — a country for which the European Commission has found an adequate level of data protection (adequacy decision). The map is loaded only with your consent.
